An Occupational Therapy (OT) Functional Capacity Assessment is focused on helping you to achieve your goals.
It determines your current level of functioning, your strengths and weaknesses, how you are managing your daily activities and what level of support you may need, including the potential need for specialised equipment or other assistive technologies, and guides future therapies.
Sina is experienced in providing Occupational Therapy to Afghan and Persian refugees. He has the ability to complete NDIS OT Functional Capacity Assessments on refugees from different backgrounds. He is bilingual in English and Farsi.
Sina also has experience in conducting NDIS Functional Care Needs Assessments for Prisoners and ex-offenders transitioning back to the community.
