Home Safety Evaluations

An Occupational Therapy (OT) home safety evaluation is an assessment of potential hazards in and around your home. It evaluates the safety of your home and makes changes if needed. Completing a home safety assessment may reduce your risk for injury and help you live independently, in your own home, for as long as possible.
